Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Wick SMP ("we", "us"; operated by Wick SMP) handles when you visit wicksmp.com (the "Website"), play on play.wicksmp.com (the "Server"), or buy from store.wicksmp.com (the "Store"). Contact: contact@wicksmp.com.
1. The Website
- No cookies, no tracking. The Website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. Because of this we do not show a cookie banner.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may record your IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interests (running a secure service).
- Fonts and images are served from our own domain, not from Google or another CDN.
- Live server status and Discord member count. These come from our own servers, which fetch them from the public Minecraft status service and Discord and cache the result. Your browser only talks to wicksmp.com, so those services never receive your IP address.
- Links out. Links to Discord, CurseForge and the Store lead to services with their own privacy policies.
2. The game Server

Optional voice chat via the modpack, if enabled, relays audio between players in real time; we do not record it. Chat logs and IP records are kept for 90 days; account progress is kept while your account is active and for 12 months afterwards.
3. The Store
Purchases at store.wicksmp.com are processed by Tebex Limited (United Kingdom), the merchant of record, under its own Privacy Policy. Tebex collects your payment details, email and billing information; we never see your full card number. We receive your Minecraft username, what you bought, the amount and the transaction reference, and keep these for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: our hosting provider, Tebex (our store and payment provider), Discord (if you link your account), and authorities where the law requires. Some of these may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR / UK GDPR or CCPA / CPRA) you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Email contact@wicksmp.com or ask in the support channel on Discord, and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority. We do not use automated decision-making that has legal effects on you.
6. Children
The Server is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and least-privilege staff access, and keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you find a vulnerability, please use our security contact.
8. Changes
If we make material changes we will update the date above and announce it on Discord.
